SACRED SPACE

Welcome to the website of Susan Steging Cook, an award winning self-taught artist who chose The Atelier in Minneapolis as a 4 year finishing school and then went on to teach at the Atelier for several years. Susan employs the direct oil painting method to explore the intersection of the mundane and the magical, passing on the narrative realist tradition in her pursuit of Truth and Beauty.

I'm very pleased to share that Sacred Space, 16x20, oil on ACP, has been juried into the Oil Painters of America National Salon exhibit July 31st thru August 29th At Cassens Fine Art in Hamilton Montana.
